LISA is a social art collecting network that empowers artists to connect with their fans and own art together. Collective ownership of art powered by a web3 protocol with a fun-to-use app, community token, social club, and instant liquidity. LISA Collective of 1,000 people acquired 14 artworks worth $360k, making it into the top 10% of collectors globally. Artists in our collection are represented by top-tier galleries and sell at auctions like Sotheby's, Christie's, and Phillips.

Rooted in the grit and glam of NYC, it blends fashion-house design with functional purpose. Starting with premium wipes for home, gym, travel, and intimate moments, Concepts reimagines essentials to look as good as they work. Caerless is a lifestyle-minded premium club and brand. It blends fashion, culture, and community through an original apparel line and exclusive capsule drops. Collaborations with cultural partners add limited editions that go beyond clothing, creating a shared lifestyle and club to belong to.

Kai, a native Angeleno, started painting the streets of Los Angeles at just 14. Kai’s street art practice often makes use of his signature character “IF,” which stands for “Imaginary Friend.” His works can be found in cities across the world. Kai has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Paris, and Austin, and has collaborated with a number of brands and celebrities.
